Generally, when it comes to chest-to-wall handstands, there are two possibilities: either you lack physical strength to hold yourself upsidedown, which is making it scary. Or you might be strong enough, but lack the specific awareness needed for a handstand. 					<description><![CDATA[For me it&#039;s totally the opposite - I can kick up to the wall without any fear but the drill ou showed here scares the living shit out of me. Just looking at it makes my hands sweaty! That&#039;s how I feel about every kind of chest to wall drill :-/]]></description>
